The shorter days are here, it not only brings changes to the colour of the leaves on the trees it also brings the darker nights and colder mornings.
We hope you are all keeping well and safe. It has been lovely to see some of you at the club and for those of you that haven't been for a while we have updated our opening hours on a Friday from 7-10pm in line with the guidance from No. 10.
Sunday lunchtimes are also proving quite popular and everyone is sticking to the social distancing rules so fingers crossed we can continue opening for as long as we are able.
I have updated the events on the website, so if you haven't already booked your tickets for an evening of music with Marcus Pike then please do so. The hall can take 40 people seated and we offer table service for drinks. Marcus Pike is a highly experienced singer and guitarist, who performs classic rock, pop, indie and soul from the '60s to today.
Also the girls are back for a quiz on November 7th, these events do sell out quickly so please register if you are coming.
We are still hoping to go ahead with the Christmas Dinner with entertainment and we have had a good few of you register to come so well done and thank you.
Hope to see you all soon, and we will of course you updated if anything at the club changes.
Best Wishes
The Committee
